Hello all...I've been gone for a few days in a row, and we have a track meet this afternoon, so I wanted to post a few pictures from Mary's field trip the other day. We had a beautiful day at the Kansas City Zoo...I hate to admit it, but this was Mary's first trip to the zoo. We had a ball, and walked our legs off...my legs are sore still today! I'm out of shape!! I'll try to post a few pictures, but I've got to get moving!

This was my favorite picture of the day...the kangaroos preformed for a long time for us, and this was my favorite shot! They worked each over good!

Mary's little group of friends....they got more excited over seeing a bench towards the end than seeing any of the animals....that's alot of little steps!!

This was our favorite animal...a squirrel monkey. The kids had a ball with him, I'd have took him home till I saw what he was picking through looking for a snack...YUCK!! He was kissing the kids through the glass, and running back and forth and jumping up and hitting the glass, they thought it was great!!

Prom Fun!!

Just wanted to post a fun picture from the kids in town getting ready for Prom, right before they head off in their limo! How fun....I wish they had gotten in closer to each other, but this was fun enough for me! I'm headed to the grand march, tonight I'm going just for fun, not to work...and then I get to go out for supper, Yay Me!

I just wanted to post a few of these images for a Daddy that is far away from his family...serving his country. We are so blessed that these men and women go to serve, those of us that have had no ties to the military, well...its just hard for me to understand, I can't imagine how hard it must be to leave your family, and be so far away. But they go, for us...for their country, for our freedom...so our lives are untouched by all the evil that is out there...sure we see some ugliness here, but nothing like they see. We have all of the comforts, and still complain about silly things like the weather....I was doing it yesterday. I took pictures out in the cold and rain for about 5 hours straight, and I was whining when I got home...see I don't have a clue! Just how hot is it there, dust blowing all the time...and I'm complaining!! I hope everyone that reads this today, stops and thinks about all the things we are blessed with living in the United States of America, and says an extra prayer everyday for the brave men and women doing what most of us couldn't. I hope he shows this to his buddies there and lets them know that there are so many of us back home...praying for them, and that we are so very thankful for them. Please be careful, remember God is with you...

Eyes...

Hello Everyone...I'm trying to be a little better about blogging, I hope there are actually people out there reading. I wanted to post of few images of this incredibly beautiful senior...yes, senior. She has the most beautiful eyes....I don't know if she had her makeup done, or if she is just REALLY good at it, but I want to know her secrets!!! I have zoomed in on her eyes more times than I want to tell, trying to figure out how and why her eyes look so good! She didn't wear alot, but what she had on looked perfect! If she had her makeup done, I would recommend everyone doing it (ok, not you guys...that would be weird) She was photogenic, but if she would have had a ton of make up caked on, you wouldn't have got the same effect. I try to capture the eyes, in every picture I take, that is my focus point, not both eyes, just the one closest to me....I love to capture the eyelashes, the catch light...that little twinkle in a child's eyes....so if you're coming to me for portraits, take a long time on your eyes, work really hard on them....that will be my main focus! Now, I'm gonna bug her on where she went, what kind of make up, what colors...I love the smokey look! Ok, gotta get moving, have a little fire fighter today...post some of those images later.

Abigale!

This is Mary's new adopted doggie...Abigale!! I guess I spelled that right, we call her Abby. She has been such a good addition to our family...anyone even thinking about getting a dog, should. They are so happy to see you when you get home, they're so sad when you leave...and they love you and need you...its so good to feel needed! Mary loves her so much, and don't think we're mean with the clothes, she likes it! If you say "Abby, its time to go...let's put your dress on" she almost seems to stick her head in the dress...its so funny!! She looks good in cheetah print! Anyways, I've had a few people ask me what Mary's doggie looked like, so here she is!

Something new...

Okay everyone...this is something new. Notice the hard edges?? Its added over the picture. This is artzy...Do you like it or not?? It adds drama, more like a CD cover or something....I wouldn't like it on everything, but I have started playing with it a bit...and may add one here and there to see if you like it or not. This guy would look no matter how I took it, but I did really like this look.

Hello Everyone, just a few more Seniors to post...I've had seniors from all over this year...Hamilton, Concordia, Lathrop, Plattsburg, Stet, of course my faithfuls from Polo...lots of really good looking kids...I'm going to try to post a few more as I go along...there are so many, and those of you that are looking for yourself or someone you love, trust me...when I say, I don't know if I'll get a chance to get everyone on here, and just because you're not on here, doesn't mean I didn't love your pictures too...I'm just randomly choosing a few here and there...promise.
